Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures to join our team at Cascade Aerospace Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft structures, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and collaborating with other teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to identify and address any issues or defects.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft structures and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
