About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer Associate to join our team at Parametric Portfolio. As a key member of our Platform Implementation team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying solutions using internal and third-party vendor systems for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, routine maintenance, and user support with a primary focus on Salesforce.
  • Contribute to technical debt resolution roadmap by transferring workflow rules and process builder to flow and implementing Salesforce Shield best practices.
  • Maintain, develop, and enhance new and existing integrations of Salesforce to both cloud and on-prem systems.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customization, configuration, and administration of Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, security and permission models, Salesforce data model, and coding guidelines.
  • Experience with Salesforce flow development, apex classes, and triggers.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs and/or callouts.
  • Experience working in the Salesforce development lifecycle, including building, testing, and deploying work across sandbox environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II, JavaScript Developer I).
  • Experience using integration tools, such as Salesforce APIs, Kafka/Confluent Cloud, CRMA, to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
  • Familiarity with developing on and basic administration in other cloud platforms, such as Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Workfront, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
  • Familiarity working in an Agile, Jira, and Confluence-based team.
