Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our talented team. As a key member of our development squad, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing features on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new Salesforce features, leveraging your expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, and Layouts.
  • Integrate seamlessly with external systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and efficient workflows.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom components.
  • Work effectively on multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines.
  • Optimize code, write scripts, and set up test environments for seamless development and integration.
  • Deploy solutions using version control and continuous integration tools.
  • Communicate technical issues in business terms, creating clear and concise written materials for diverse audiences.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Salesforce expertise: Extensive experience with Lightning configurations and APEX development.
  • Architectural knowledge: Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Technical prowess: Proficiency in programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Agile mindset: Familiarity with Agile Development and Scrum methodology.
  • Deployment Savvy: Hands-on experience with version control and continuous integration tools.
  • Testing knowledge: Skilled in testing tools and techniques for development and integration environments.
