This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the team at Dovercourt Immigration Services as an Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, and driving the organization's growth.
Job Description:The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of departments, and establishing objectives for the organization. This includes selecting senior staff, delegating authority, and creating optimum working conditions.
In addition, the Executive Director will manage events, conduct performance reviews, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions. They will also be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, accurate, efficient, and possess strong judgement. They should also be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, the Executive Director will receive mentorship opportunities, diversity training, cultural competency training, and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.

Work Conditions:The Executive Director will work 30-35 hours per week and be required to be available to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
