Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, using data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
