As Clinical Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing clinical outcomes during patient transport and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Medical Advisory Committee and Chief Medical Officer to drive quality improvement activities. You will be responsible for managing auditing programs and investigations, tracking clinical performance, and presenting outcomes to senior management.
Requirements- Post-secondary education in a related field and a registered healthcare professional qualification.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in mentorship or leadership.
- Mastery of quality improvement principles and practices.
