Position Overview:
The Clinic Account Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clinics and physicians using the Myant Skiin Holter 2.0. This position focuses on ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clinic staff, patients, and healthcare providers, while fostering trust and driving adoption of Myants innovative medical devices and services. The role also includes gathering feedback, enabling continuous improvement, and expanding the data suite Myant offers to enhance patient outcomes and overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic managers and staff, fostering positive and professional relationships that reflect Myant's reputation as a leader in medical devices and services.
- Build long-term partnerships with clinics and physicians, emphasizing collaboration and shared goals for improving patient outcomes and wellness.
- Regularly visit clinics, log interactions, and generate concise reports through a standardized HubSpot template to document visits, observations, and outcomes.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the setup and management of a clinic compliance HubSpot page to track clinic visits and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure clinics are equipped with appropriate inventory levels, including consumables, equipment, and supporting materials, to guarantee seamless operation.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, accessibility, and organization of Myant equipment within clinics, ensuring smooth inventory management and storage.
- Create and manage a detailed client intake form to ensure we have baseline measurements for clinics and can monitor and drive our uptake at Clinics.
- Training and Support:
- Train clinic staff on the effective use of Myant products and services as outlined in the Master Services Agreement, ensuring all personnel are well-prepared to onboard patients.
- Provide troubleshooting support for cardiologists and technicians, addressing challenges quickly and professionally.
- Deliver product demos to doctors as part of the sales process and ensure compliance data is tracked on the customer validation dashboard to facilitate full rollout conversions.
- Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Collect, track, and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to clinic needs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve Myants products and services based on clinic feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative enhancements to Myants service offerings, driving ongoing improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Track clinic performance metrics, ensuring they meet or exceed service delivery expectations as outlined during partnership agreements.
- Actively support and encourage clinics to scale their monthly service volumes, aligning with targets established during negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery, strengthen clinic relationships, and expand the adoption of Myants data suite.
- Innovation and Growth:
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop out-of-the-box strategies and processes that enhance Myants offerings and support its vision for better patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of Myants product and service portfolio by identifying new opportunities to meet clinic and patient needs effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clinical operations, medical device management, or healthcare relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot for compliance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize clinic operations and achieve service goals.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
