Key Responsibilities- Client Consultations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters, including terminations, disciplinaries, and employee management issues.
- HR Solutions: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, offering strategic solutions and navigating them through intricate HR challenges with professionalism and expertise.
- HR Best Practices: Demonstrate subject matter expertise and fostering client empowerment on HR best practices, compliance, and relevant legislative updates.
- Client Meetings: Lead and facilitate high-level client meetings, offering insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to address organizational HR needs and challenges.
- Case Management: Take ownership of complex HR cases, managing them through to resolution while building strong client relationships and rapport.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in HR and employment legislation, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), striving for excellence in client service delivery and achieving first-call resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, advice provided, and case details in Salesforce and other relevant systems, ensuring thorough and meticulous record-keeping.
- CHRP/CPHR/CHRL Designation: Mandatory
- Relevant Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
- Task Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly
- Previous Experience: Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre
- Self-Motivation: The ability to motivate yourself and those around you
- Organizational Skills: An organized self-starter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery
