About the Role

The Lead HR Advisor will assume responsibility for delivering expert and strategically driven HR advice to a dynamic and expanding client base, predominantly through telephone calls. This role will involve offering comprehensive guidance and solutions to clients across a broad spectrum of HR issues, ranging from routine inquiries to intricate and complex matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters, including terminations, disciplinaries, and employee management issues.
  • HR Solutions: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, offering strategic solutions and navigating them through intricate HR challenges with professionalism and expertise.
  • HR Best Practices: Demonstrate subject matter expertise and fostering client empowerment on HR best practices, compliance, and relevant legislative updates.
  • Client Meetings: Lead and facilitate high-level client meetings, offering insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to address organizational HR needs and challenges.
  • Case Management: Take ownership of complex HR cases, managing them through to resolution while building strong client relationships and rapport.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in HR and employment legislation, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), striving for excellence in client service delivery and achieving first-call resolution.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, advice provided, and case details in Salesforce and other relevant systems, ensuring thorough and meticulous record-keeping.
Requirements
  • CHRP/CPHR/CHRL Designation: Mandatory
  • Relevant Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
  • Task Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing your workload accordingly
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to motivate yourself and those around you
  • Organizational Skills: An organized self-starter with an enthusiasm for exceptional service delivery
