Job Title: Store Associate - Fashion Department

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our Fashion Department team at Giant Tiger. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
  • Support sales efforts by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and handling customer returns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
