At Giant Tiger, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team in Anjou. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accurately record customer transactions, maintain accurate inventory levels, and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Follow up on hot selling items, complete markdowns and SKU changes, and maintain planograms, labels, and tickets.
  • Perform cycle counts, ensure compliance with health and safety policies, and follow loss prevention best practices.
  • Ensure the checkout work area is clean and organized, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
