What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners
  • Support the Investment Advisor in general administrative duties, including the management of client accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain client files
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

  • Related experience in customer service and a professional setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Progressive education, skills, and professional experience
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (college or university)
  • CSC, CPH (in progress or completion within one year)
  • Relevant experience in the financial sector and knowledge of daily market development
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit
