What is the Opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients and advisors
  • Support the Investment Advisor in general administrative duties, including client account management and trade follow-up
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion

Requirements:

  • Related experience in customer service and a professional setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Progressive education, skills, and professional experience
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
