Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assembly tasks associated with the manufacturing of tissue heart valve prosthetics in accordance with good manufacturing practice and established standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly tasks on Valve Assembly areas
  • Maintain equipment calibration and report issues promptly
  • Ensure product traceability and preservation
  • Document work accurately in Manufacturing Execution System (MES), BPCS Business System, or other applicable systems
  • Clean critical manufacturing rooms and gowning areas according to procedures
  • Handle chemicals safely and follow established procedures
  • Perform daily monitoring and cleaning of equipment as required
Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive detailed work within guidelines
  • Demonstrated hand-sewing skills with extreme detail, accuracy, and speed
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism and feedback
  • Good manual dexterity and normal vision or corrected by glasses
  • Able to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
