On-Call MAC Artist - MAC Yorkdale - Toronto, ONPosition Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative makeup artist to join our team as an On-Call Artist. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a personalized makeup experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store team to create a welcoming and inspirational store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store always meets our high standards
  • Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada
