On-Call MAC Artist - MAC Yorkdale - Toronto, ON

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative makeup artist to join our team as an On-Call MAC Artist. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a personalized shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store team to create a welcoming and inspirational store environment that showcases our products and services.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store is visually appealing and meets our high standards.
  • Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
