Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K / Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3-4 people in the team.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 40 hours per week.
