Food Service Manager

AAA FOODS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our food service operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on food service operations and performance.
