We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BROADWAY KITCHEN CABINET LTD. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a secondary school graduation certificate as the minimum educational requirement.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and providing basic information to clients and the public. You will also operate the switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments, and answer telephone calls and messages.

You will also be required to provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
