Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
- Supervise and train restoration teams to ensure high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement restoration plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 70 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
