Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop restoration plans.
- Supervise and train restoration teams to ensure high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement restoration plans, including material selection and equipment usage.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- 2 years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Reliability, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.
As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Security and SafetyInflector Environmental Services GP Inc. is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will be required to undergo a criminal record check and maintain a clean driving record.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleAs a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be available to work up to 70 hours per week.
