Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Duck Mountain Motel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Determine the size of food portions and costs, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to manage kitchen operations and ensure seamless service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
