Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits and deductions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
