Concierge Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and respond to routine inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide confidential clerical and receptionist duties, including mail distribution and processing
• Interact with residents and their families in a friendly and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
