We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the Cambridge area.

Job SummaryThis Part-Time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and flexible scheduling supporting employee work-life balance. Our Occupational Therapists play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with Community Support Workers, and developing effective Care Plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional assessment of patients in the community and in their homes.
- Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services.
- Coordinate and supervise Community Support Workers in the field.
- Provide active guidance on workplace Health and Safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
- Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- French language skills are an asset.
