Entrepôt de Montréal 1470 inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial controls on a daily basis, including treasury, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balancing accounts payable and receivable with ledgers.
  • Assist in the production of accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements according to established deadlines.
  • Support the preparation of year-end files for the annual external audit.
  • Process information for various expense accounts and prepare GST & QST returns.
  • Participate in management meetings regarding various accounting files and contribute to special projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in accounting systems.
  • Bilingual oral and written skills in English and French.
  • Computer skills in a Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Relevant experience in the preparation of financial information and ability to prioritize and multitask while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and rigor in the execution of tasks and have a good team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA title and knowledge of the automotive industry.
