Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Identify and analyze trends and variances in financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
