We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Plant Manager at our Mount Pearl, NL Fluid Milk Processing Plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with programs and support initiatives.
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and cost while achieving key performance indicators.
  • Provide direction to the plant leadership team and foster a positive, productive team environment.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities, reduce equipment downtime, and optimize capacity planning.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and sanitation standards through close liaison with Quality Services.
  • Support capital projects and building maintenance within operating budget.
  • Work with the Plant Accountant to ensure accurate financial reports and inventory management.
  • Communicate regularly with Planning and Warehousing to optimize plant performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of operational management experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage ownership and drive employee development and career growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Team-oriented, family-driven, and ability to engage people.
  • SAP experience an asset.
  • Open to relocation to work in our facilities across Canada.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.
