Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's budget, supervising staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that we have the necessary skills and expertise to meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of experienced staff. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
