Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Cook's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
