Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Cook's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
