Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with architects, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders in the region.

Your primary focus will be on increasing our sales in Toronto through the development and management of affiliated personas, including aluminum fabricators, architects, and construction companies. You will also be responsible for consulting with clients on regional financial targets, developing long-term relationships with existing and potential partners, and supporting our clientele with technical and commercial advice.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of architectural aluminum products, as well as excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on results.

Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • At least 5 years of previous working experience as a sales engineer in a relative sector
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders of structural projects
  • Understanding of architectural aluminum products
  • Canadian citizenship or eligibility to work in Canada
  • Knowledge of reporting systems (ERP, CRM)
  • Knowledge of local construction standards
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated personality
