Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AVEVA Applications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining AVEVA E3D, Engineering, Diagrams, and AVEVA P&ID projects, as well as implementing and modifying E3D catalogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial engineering workflows, procedures, and deliverables, as well as experience with applicable toolsets such as AVEVA, Hexagon, and CAD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain AVEVA E3D, Engineering, Diagrams, and AVEVA P&ID projects
  • Implement and modify E3D catalogs
  • Manipulate and configure existing models to meet changing project needs
  • Administer Project Work Share
  • Implement Clash Manager
  • Oversight of AVEVA software upgrades
  • Develop macros / routines to increase productivity and efficiencies
  • Configure and administer AVEVA ERM (catalog & specifications module)
  • Configure and maintain AVEVA Engineering Conceptual Model
  • Creation and administration of AVEVA Engineering Database Views and Grids
  • AVEVA Diagrams or AVEVA P&ID symbol configuration and creation
  • AVEVA Integration and Compare / Update Configuration and Administration
  • Maintain and monitor complex ETL activities
  • Liaise with IT, Engineering, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure a fit-for-purpose implementation
  • Troubleshoot and solve application challenges
  • Schedule tasks for generation of NavisWorks files
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (Management Information Systems, Engineering, Design and Drafting, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with AVEVA tools (ie PDMS, E3D, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Diagrams, etc)
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel or database knowledge, including experience in manipulating large datasets and creating reports
  • Passion for learning new skills and adapting to new tools and concepts
  • Strong organization skills to produce deliverables / configurations at a high level of accuracy
  • Leverage expertise to design solutions for current and future projects
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to accept new challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four (4) years to ten (10) years of experience
  • Experience with applicable toolsets (e.g., AVEVA, Hexagon, CAD)
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering workflows, procedures, and deliverables
  • Programming skills with background knowledge in IT and cloud-based environments
  • Experience in 3D Modeling
