Job Title: Head Shipper

Hunter Express Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support the growth and development of our operations team.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as logistics and supply chain management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
