The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Director of Procurement, Systems, Processes and Tools to join WSP Canada's team. Reporting to the Vice President of Procurement, this role will be instrumental in shaping procurement activities in line with WSP Canada's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with WSP Canada's business objectives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of procurement systems, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective procurement practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to procurement staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of procurement systems, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
