Procurement Director

The Procurement Business Partner is a key position within Finastra (Misys International Banking Systems Limited) that requires a unique blend of management and individual contributor skills. As a hybrid role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement processes and activities related to sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sourcing opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Procurement Knowledge: Proven experience in procurement, with a deep understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex procurement challenges.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform procurement decisions.
