Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain complex Oracle Siebel Solutions, ensuring seamless integration with subsidiary systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Siebel implementation, leveraging expertise in data modeling and EIM.
  • Develop and configure integration of Siebel with other ministry applications using web services or other mechanisms.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document processes and technical designs, updating build books to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Provide accurate estimates for proposed features/enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to expedite implementation.
  • Engage with LRC and program staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and develop prototypes and proof of concepts, leveraging expertise in Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting.
  • Plan and develop data migration and/or integration from other ministry solutions to the Siebel solution.
  • Ensure compliance with I&IT and Communication standards and directives.
  • Develop unit testing scripts to confirm successful installation/configuration.
Knowledge Transfer Requirements
  • Knowledge transfer is expected throughout the assignment via regular meetings and working sessions with LRC staff.
  • All design, development artifacts, and source code must be transferred to the ministry in designated repositories.
  • Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensure completeness and allow for clarification and follow-up questions.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x and 2 years with Siebel IP2018.
  • 10 years of experience with Siebel data model, EIM, and Siebel Remote.
  • 7 years of experience with Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting.
  • 5 years of experience with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task-based UI.
  • 10 years of experience with Siebel e-Services, Siebel EAI, EIM, and BI Publisher Reports.
  • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSC).
  • 5 years of experience with J2EE, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Jscript bootstrap framework, HTML 5, and CSS.
  • 5 years of experience with REST web services using JSON.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AODA, WCAG, and Web accessibility.
