Job Title: Team Lead

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Production Department.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled Production employees in a quality-focused, results-oriented environment.
  • Support daily manufacturing throughput and output by providing clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
  • Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and address output and productivity issues, ensuring maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale.
  • Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and maintenance of equipment.
  • Comply with all federal and provincial safety standards, guidelines, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach team members to achieve production targets, cycle time, and product quality standards.
  • Plan and execute Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of all processes and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Support team members by proactively addressing issues affecting quality, delivery, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong visionary leadership skills and a higher than average sense of urgency for execution.
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team in a quality-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated data-driven approach.
