Production Manager

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Care Department.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled production employees in a quality-focused, results-oriented environment.
- Support daily manufacturing throughput and output by providing clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
- Lead process improvement activities by coordinating cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and address output and productivity issues, ensuring maximum production output while maintaining the highest level of quality and employee morale.
- Work with the Safety & Quality Manager to ensure the safety of employees and maintenance of equipment.
- Support team members by proactively addressing issues affecting quality, delivery, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of production employees.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and address output and productivity issues.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
