Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Atlantic Packaging in Scarborough, Tiffield. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for assisting machine operators and other workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators and other workers in maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and stretching in a hot, humid, and dusty environment
  • Operate clamp trucks and fork lifts as needed
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Secondary school education
  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Previous Machine Operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
