### Job Summary

At SECURE Energy, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by providing actionable insights and aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with our strategic goals.

### Key Responsibilities

* Transform business goals into data-driven strategies by immersing yourself in understanding our business objectives and developing analytic tools to support these goals.
* Detect key trends, uncover opportunities, and tackle challenges head-on with data-driven insights.
* Be a proactive participant in operational meetings, leading technology-related initiatives.

### Business Intelligence Tools

* Develop, refine, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that adapt to our evolving business needs.
* Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
* Leverage Python to perform data analysis, automate processes, and drive efficiency.
* Provide guidance on database structures, making integration smooth and effective.
* Act as a troubleshooter, collaborating with data owners to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.

### Digital Transformation with Insights

* Deliver fact-based recommendations that empower customer decision-making.
* Partner with customers and the BI team to provide agile decision-making.
* Engage with customers to deeply understand their business landscape and identify growth opportunities.
* Be an ambassador for analytics across SECURE, continuously educating and training teams to elevate our analytics capabilities.

### Requirements

* Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 5 years of work experience in a relevant position.
* Strong experience with PowerBI and DAX.
* Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and grow with an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Proven ability to execute on projects with a strategic mindset.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Experience with Python and advanced data modeling techniques.
* A track record of innovative thinking and implementing new technology solutions.
* Ability to scope and deliver on analytics projects over a wide range of business applications.
* Able to build and maintain strong relationships with the teams we work with.
