Construction Leadership Expert for Commercial Woodframed Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Leadership Expert to lead our commercial woodframed residential projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from pre-construction to post-construction.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Construction Management: Develop and maintain master project schedules, assess commissioning and O&M requirements, develop Health, Safety and Environment Plans, review contracts with the Project Manager, notify Equipment Management Team of requirements, assist with selection of trade subcontractors, conduct constructability reviews.
- Construction Management: Plan, organize, direct and control daily construction operations, fully understand Master Contract and Subcontractor Contracts, develop and measure productivity on site, control site logistics, establish site for construction, maintain daily and ongoing reporting, execute quality management program, approve timesheets, hold daily field level hazard assessments, weekly toolbox talks, weekly subcontract progress meetings.
- Post-Construction Management: Complete warranty work, close all site accounts, complete deficiencies and issues related to the warranty period, demobilize site.
- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction management, preferably in woodframed residential projects.
- Strong familiarity with contract administration, understanding drawings, specifications, architectural and engineering standards and building practices, including building codes.
- Excellent budgeting, costing, and scheduling skills.
- Solid understanding of construction industry practices, OBC, OHSA and WCB regulations and safety standards.
- Experience using MS Word, Outlook, MS Project, Electronic Document Management System, Bluebeam, and Plan Grid.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing all disciplines, internal employees, and external sub-trades.
- Ability to inspire trust in difficult situations by instilling confidence and engaging people on matters that affect them.
- Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
