- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
Our store operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
