Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing first aid support and making referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimizing associate risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinating workers' compensation and return-to-work programs for associates with work-related injuries.
• Participating in case management review meetings as necessary.
• Engaging with associates and leadership on the operations floor to promote health and wellness principles.
• Maintaining a clean working environment and ensuring adequate medical supply inventory.

To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation laws. They should also have experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, and coaching on body mechanics. Proficiency in digital recordkeeping and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $56,600 up to $72,800 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
