Job Summary

Bridgwater Electricals Ltd is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee the construction of residential projects. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, preparing reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Oversee the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Co-ordinate and Schedule Activities: Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: Recruit and hire skilled workers to join the construction team.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: Provide training and development opportunities for construction team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
