The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting. This includes performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, preparing nutritious meals, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

You will also be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment, organizing activities, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Create a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Organize activities and provide opportunities for children to learn and develop new skills
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience working with children or in a related field
  • Criminal record check
  • Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty
