Hand in Hand Daycare Inc. is seeking a qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences for children.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with young children, either in a daycare setting or a similar environment. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

A successful Child Development Specialist at Hand in Hand Daycare Inc. will be responsible for:

  • Assessing children's developmental progress and creating personalized learning plans
  • Implementing child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
  • Caring for infants and toddlers, including bathing, feeding, and diaper-changing
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning and organizing the daycare space
  • Supervising staff and trainees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Communicating effectively with parents and other stakeholders about children's needs and progress

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental plan, disability benefits, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits. We also provide life insurance, a pension plan, and free parking.
