About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hi Five Chicken. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of our menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Train and develop kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or chef
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
