Job Title: Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our ice cream production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes training staff, preparing production reports, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the ice cream production team
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food processing industry
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
