About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Production Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our ice cream production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and training to production staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
  • Improve Productivity: Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate Activities: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
  • Requisition Materials: Order and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for production.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Dairy industry, food processing industry.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, organized, team player, reliability.
