Job Title: Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ice Cream Processing Assistant Supervisor to join our team at the London Ice Cream Company.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our production team, ensuring that our high-quality ice cream products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop the skills of production team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform their duties.
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, working closely with the production team and management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members, ensuring that work schedules are met and work activities are coordinated with other departments.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as food science or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food processing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production team members and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
